[H-GEN] IR Remote for Mythbuntu

My Dad gave me a Microsoft Media Centre Edition (MCE) remote plus USB IR
receiver a few years ago, and Mythbuntu recognised and started using it
without me having to touch the keyboard. Still going strong, including
after a reinstall from 10.04 to 12.04
