The alpha, i386, and m68k ports support a Linux compatibility mode in
the kernel, apparently.
I just looked at the FreeBSD website---I thought it ran on SPARC, too?
Not terribly impressive.
(And just as an aside: if I'd had a tape drive of my very own I'd
probably have installed The HURD to keep the Debian packaging system
around, but it wasn't to be. Apparently some months ago The HURD was
ported to powerpc, by just one person with no help whatever from
anyone. Not too shabby.)
