Sure. This can be achieved by simply editing the source of the content
(e.g: reStructedText is popular amongst many micro/static blogging/site
generators).
Then just push/publish a new version of the site. It's fairly painless and
the best part of this kind of approach in general is you need very little
in terms of resources
(CPU, RAM, etc) to run your website.
