I have to ask. Do you _actually_ need a CMS? Whilst you haven't laid our
your requirements in full (or maybe don't know what you don't' know yet?)
this sounds like something that could be solved with something as simple as
a static website generator (there are plenty of nice ones, I've even
written one) and throw in some nice Twitter Bootstrap responsive theme in
there.
