Well this news has just pushed me over the edge. I have endeavoured to
persist with Ubuntu in the last two releases but it's all just
becoming "too hard" as of late. I like the ideals of Ubuntu and want
to support it but bashing Unity into shape to work in a research
environment that includes linux clusters (with associated LDAP, NFS4
and friends) while possible has caused me a lot more lost sleep than
it used to.
