[H-GEN] creating a multiboot firewire for PPC G4 Powerbook

Hello everyone

 

I have just bought myself a second hand 250gb firewire drive for my PPC G4
Powerbook.

I would like to use it to backup my drive with Mac OS X installed, my other
drive with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS; and try and install Fedora (PPC), Linux Mint
PPC, Mac OS 9 and perhaps other distros.

I want to be able to boot from the drive - I guess using yaboot.

I assume I probably need to use a extended partition.

Could anyone give me detailed instructions etc?
And suggested sizes for the partitions and swap partitions?

 

I am coming to HUMBUG next Saturday, I think.
