[H-GEN] GPG signing

For ages now, I've had to forget about GPG/PGP signing and encryption
because my current email provider (gmail) has stuck to its annoying
practice of avoiding provision of useful capabilities. However, I've now
found a workaround and can once again sign my email. In honour of that,
and the fact that my old keys were due for retirement, I've generated a
new GPG key (which should be used to sign this message if things are
working as they should be).

Which leads me to the point of this message. If there are Humbug members
who are still interested in GPG key-signing, I'd like to collect some
signatures on my new key. So if you know me and would happily sign my
key (subject to the usual precautions, of course), please reply direct
to me so that I can arrange things with you.

Cheers, Greg
