[H-GEN] Android lock screen

The trouble with SIM card lock is that my device does not have a SIM card.

I'm fairly happy with the method I came up with - it just relies on me
having OpenVPN and SSHd in the android start up so that when the
device is connected to the web (as it inevitability will be) then I
can have fun trying to work out who the person is (they will probably
log into facebook...) or I can just make the device useless.
