[H-GEN] Tony Nugent

G'day All,

If anyone remembers Tony Nugent and is interested in providing some 
information about his skill level and/or his work up to around September 
2006, please contact me *offlist*.  The reason I'm asking in here is 
that I have recently been contacted by his solicitor regarding a claim 
for damages arising out of injuries he sustained in a traffic incident* 
in 2006.

There's very little that the solicitor has been able to piece together 
and I was able to give him a significant help, but I'm far from the best 
person to rely on to remember much further back than about 5 minutes 
(maybe even less).  :)  So pretty much any information will assist 
Tony's claim here.

* Now, when he says "incident" he means the fact that Tony's house was 
broken into while he was home and he chased the thieves out into the 
street when one of them ran him down in their car in an attempt to get 
away.  He now has one non-functioning eye and ear and serious tinnitus 
in that non-functioning ear, as well as some serious brain impairment.  
So anything here that will help him get some fair compensation for what 
he's suffered will be a bonus.
