Subject: [H-ADMIN] City Studios - Groupware assistance & LCA 2011

Hello Clinton & the Humbug Execs,

Jeremy from City Studios here, I was going to look up some details on Brisbane's bid for the LCA, the site & comp looks .. well, pretty preliminary.
I have buckets of ideas, which I will save for later.... good to see Brisbane marketing on the webpage though.

The main reason I am writing is I could use some help with groupware, we have about 10 people working at various levels on city studios, I had installed PHProject to help with organization & meetings, and to have a central location for everything
A new release of PHProj. is due out in April, (beta #3 already out)
Soon we will have over 50 paying occupants to track, and up to 5 work stations, with a further 5 + part time volunteers & staff using group ware via web or outlook.
I would like to get organised soon, to stay ahead of demand and have time to train staff and volunteers.

I would like to see if it PHProject will be compatible with Outlook (yuk) or I use Evolution, or perhaps I should go with another groupware solution (with a outlook compatible server)?

Would appreciate any help out there, its a getting pretty busy and coordination is failing currently.
I am hosted with digital pacific, who's service has been astoundingly good.

Thanks in advance,

Jeremy Gilmore
