One way is to run Windows networking on your Linux box.  The package is
called Samba, and it allows Linux to browse shares on your Windows Box
and visa versa.

Another option is to get ssh working on you linux box.  Then you can use
winscp from the Windows box to move files around using a nice pointy
clicky interface.
