All the options you mention run through LA, increating LA's work in one way or another.
What BlueHackers did is open Paypal (I think a premium account) in its own name, and merely wave its "part of OSDClub" credentials when questioned by Paypal. You fill in a form, you just need to be careful how you fill it in and provide additional "evidence" as necessary or requested.
The BlueHackers approach merely required an official okidoki from the OSDClub Exec.
OSDClub is actually willing to handle the money, but that's another matter.
(so as a daft idea, HUMBUG could use the OSDClub umbrella for this, if you care to ask?)
Cheers,
Arjen.
