[H-GEN] Sysadmin mailing lists and support requests

Hi all,
I think we need a discussion about how the sysadmin mailing list is being
used, and where the support requests are going. I'd suggest that the
support requests should not be going to the open sysadmin list (if it is
made open), rather it should be used solely for discussions regarding work
to be done etc.
The main reason for this is to ensure that people's privacy is respected for
their updates to email aliases etc. If people would prefer not to do this,
I'd suggest making it very clear that any requests to sysadmins is world
viewable and finding some mechanisim (GPG key, email to a different address
etc) be found.
