I'm the administrator for the csig list, and I can tell you it has been
nothing more than a spam trap for a long time.  The spammers are not
actually subscribed, so nothing goes to the list, just to the admin.  I
think I mentioned this to the last two committees, and that they could
feel free to close it if they wished, with my blessing.  So please close
it if you wish, the only ones that will notice are the spammers and my
spam filter.
