[H-GEN] The first LCA Bid discussion: where do we have it?

Yes, the words "flood" and "this high" surprised me as well.

Years (and years, and years) ago the Humbug lists had a lot of
traffic. Back then, the multiple lists made much more sense. These
days I find it a pleasant surprise to see something new posted to one
of the lists.

In terms of traffic, I don't see the need for a new list. However, the
subject matter is not of interest to me, as I don't live in Brisbane
anymore. So personally, I'd prefer a new list. Otherwise I'll just
create an LCA filter.  :-)
