I think Rob is right (not only because of his long history with Humbug,
although that does count for something).  Let's leave the pseudo-legal
stuff to the lawyers and see if we can arrive at a solution by more
normal mechanisms.

And, since I'm on a roll, I do find it highly disrespectful when people
hide behind meaningless handles when discussing something like this on a
mailing list.  Just saying, as they say.
