Ok, why don't we accept payment online?

a) Costs.

b) No one has done the work.

c) What's "online"????

Can't we allow online subscription even if payment has to be done in 
person.  The two can be reconciled fairly easily.  At least one person at 
each meeting could hold a receipt book.
