[H-GEN] state of affairs

Hey all.

Before we can do fancy stuff like membership drives and advertising
we've got get the basics rights.

We're still waiting on the minutes of the last AGM (nearly four months
ago?) People still can't join the group since people are more
interested in delegating than working. And then there's the last
minute room bookings.

It's time for the executive to stop passing the buck and get things done.

it's all just a conspiracy to get me back on the execly,
yours.
