[H-GEN] Fwd: O'Week Promotion Timeline

This is just an update on the O'Week promotion, so everybody 
knows what is going on.  There has been another version was 
sent with the contact details to everyone directly involved,
but this version has the contact details removed for privacy
reasons.

Suggestions / changes / offers of help are welcome, of course.
Send a message to the list, or contact me directly.

Everbody's contact details are also in this list.  This is
because so far, nothing has happened according to plan.  So
don't assume just because it says below "X will give you Y", 
or "X will be at the Humbug meeting" it will actually happen.
They may forget, or plans may have changed, or any number
of other things.  Instead give them a call just to be sure
what you think is happening is still the plan.  If it all
goes pear shaped, call me.

This should not be how it works, of course.  Hopefully we
will get better at coordinating ourselves in the future.
Just to be clear: the objective is not to stick to the plan
at all costs because circumstances can and do change, but 
rather to ensure everyone knows what the current plan is!

  1.  Get posters off Greg, and glue off Matthew Franklin, and 
      procure cork board pins.
  2.  Distribute above to Marco and Matthew Sellers by 18/Feb.
  3.  Put posters on notice boards in the Science, Math, 
      Engineering and IT buildings.  Ideally this should be 
      done on the 18/Feb, or 19/Feb at the latest.

James Iseppi:
  1.  Pass CD's onto Matthew Franklin as soon as they arrive.

Matthew Franklin:
  1.  Print CD flyers.
  2.  Cut CD flyers up ready for insertion into CD selves.
  3.  Procure glue for posters and pass onto Russell Stuart by
      15/Feb.
  4.  Take CD's and flyers to next Humbug meeting (21 Feb).

Marco Ostini:
  1.  Find out if UQ Connect requires us to make a poster.  This
      must be done ASAP we we need time to produce the poster.
  2.  Get posters off Russell Stuart, and put them on notice
      boards in the Science, Math, Engineering and IT buildings.
      Ideally this should be done on the 20/Feb, or 23/Feb at
      the latest.
  3.  Get finalised CD's, and pass onto UQ Connect.

Matthew Sellers:
  1.  Get posters off Russell Stuart, and put them on notice
      boards in the Science, Math, Engineering and IT buildings.
      Ideally this should be done on the 20/Feb, or 23/Feb at
      the latest.

Mark Ellem:
  1.  Ensure Matthew Frankin brings everything he has to the
      Humbug meeting on the 21/Feb.  This is: CD's and their
      inserts.
  2.  Along with Macro, ensure the inserts are stuffed into 
      the CD's at the Humbug.
  3.  Ensure the prepared CD's are given to Macro before he
      leaves.  Should Macro not turn up, get them to him.

Greg:
  1.  Print 200 copies of the posters on a laser by 18/Feb.
  2.  Russell will be picking them up some time on the 18th.
