[H-GEN] Exec meetings

My agenda items are 

1. 2 weeks notice at the very least should be given for Exec meetings. They should posted to announce and placed on the HUMBUG wiki with a description of any agenda items. This would mean a change in the constitution Section 4(G) which currently states "Notice of at least one week must be given for any executive meeting." to "Notice of at least two week must be given for any executive meeting." 

2. These agenda items should be able to be edited by any normal fee paying member. 

3. All Agenda items should be stated for the Exec meeting at least 24 hours before hand. 

4. A post also of all decisions that have been made during the period between Exec meeting should be posted as part of the minutes or along side the Exec meeting page. 


That is it..... for now.
