[H-GEN] Videoing HUMBUG talks

FYI,
At UQ we are currently trialling Lectopia for recording lectures. At the
moment this is a capture of audio and whatever the data projector gets.
We are told that maybe by the end of the year there will also be some
cameras in some lecture theatres.
This is aimed at courses and is managed through blackboard :(
I am told one-off recordings can be made.
