If they want everyone at lunch at the same time there is a trivial 
solution as wel all know.  Of course most companies go to pains to _not_ 
have everyone at lunch at the same time.  Who was answering the phone? :)

I remember once hearing a certain American of our acquaintance make a 
similar remark in frustration :)
