[H-GEN] Internet Connection Load Balancing

Hi all,
I'm doing a quick survey of options for improving our internet  
connectivity in the office. Essentially we need both upload and  
download speed and reliability.

Currently we have two internet connections so we can manually switch  
over if needed and we put the VOIP phones we use on the backup line.  
I'm interested in what could be done to share the load between these  
two connections to take advantage of them both when they're available  
and automatically fall over when one breaks down.

We don't have a sys admin so I'd be looking for a commercial company  
that could come in and set it up then handle any maintenance on an as  
required basis.
