A sighted person may be able to help before you go running to the
store.  I'm not sure where you are these days, call me.

If there is a fuse it should be located and visually inspected.  Most
of the time you can see if the fuse is blown.

Moving computers over great distances can cause things to come loose.
Not all loose computer bits will cause immediate failures.

Someone like myself that is familiar with the internals of computers
could give it a quick once over, unplug/replug, dust removal before you
go spending money on it.
