It doesn't? My gods, what a terrible oversight. Clearly you now have carte
blanche to top-post as you please. Why not a 72 row ascii depiction of a
hilarious puppy? That's not actively proscribed either. Anything not
expressly forbidden is now mandatory! Anarchy! The streets run crimson
slick!

That has bugger all to do with top-posting. This argument has been done to
death, over and over again.

Nope. The intent and spirit is clear enough. People occasionaly try to
excuse their base laziness with acres of polemic defence for the same, but
this horse is dead. Just don't top-post.
