Hi Russell.  As a commercial enterprise they should expect to pay for 
commercial support if don't have the skills in-house.  Once a Linux based 
firewall is setup it will need very little management, so my suggestion is 
for them to get a support agreement.  This should not be terribly 
expensive under the circumstances.
