[H-GEN] SUSE Power tip etc.

A lot of distros have this now.  Also not just for laptops, but also for 
large data centers where power consumption and cost is quite large can 
take advantage of this.  It's enabled by default on Red Hat but you can 
disable this by doing:
#service cpuspeed stop
When I watch /proc/cpuinfo on my laptop when I'm not doing anything it's 
about 800 but goes up to 1600 when I start doing lots of stuff like 
compiling etc.

Quite nice.
