Vaguely on topic, as they are designed to be used for unix systems.

After many years of not being able to afford a Happy Hacking keyboard,
I finally can, but I can't get one in Australia. After asking the
manufacturers (PFU Systems) about this they said -

> Due to Australian safety/environmental compliance, we or any of our
> distributors are no longer allowed to export and/or sell our products
> in Australia.

So I'm SOL.

I've been googling for hours, trying to find some more information on
why a keyboard would get banned for such reasons, but with no luck.
Too much other stuff is found for the terms "hacking" and
"pfu" (apparently some unit of measurement used in medicine). Does
anybody have any clue to throw my way?

Interestingly, one of their distributors told me that they are not
allowed to export to EU for the same reason. Maybe she confused us
with Austria?

Does anybody have one of these evil White Happy Hacking Keyboard Lite 2
with USB interface monstrosities that they wish to offload on an
unsuspecting victim? B-)
