[H-GEN] Big change to how the distro server handles Debian and friends.

After a discussion with aj, I have decided to no longer host Debian CD
and DVD isos on the distro server. Instead I will run an apt-proxy
cache and people can use jigdo to build their own isos. The cache will
be pre loaded with whatever isos I already have, and any new isos that
people give to me will be loaded into the cache. I will do the same
for any Debian based distros as well. This should free up some space,
and also free up some loop back devices (I've run out).
I also intend to add a gigabit NIC to my server sometime in the near
future, so that some of you can build your isos using jigdo very
quickly.
I tried out the new version of apt-proxy, it doesn't appear to be ready
for prime time, but the old proxy I used to run using the old apt-proxy
version seemed to work fine. apt-cache is working fine on a Debian Etch
box I have been testing on. There are other programs that do the same
job, and I will be running it on my server, which is SuSE 9.3 Pro. Any
experience that HUMBUGers can share would help me decide which one to
use.
One advantage of apt-cache is that your sources remain the same, you
just use the distro server as a proxy, and it either servers the file
to you, or grabs it then serves it to you. On the other hand,
apt-proxy required users to change their sources to use the distro
server directly. Also, it doesn't matter what strange sources you
use, it will cache the lot, making it suitable for use with the other
Debian based distros.
