Yipe, I realise I should have put a few references and explanations in there.

A screencast is a way of saying "A Video Of Whats On My Screen While I
Use Something, Usually With My Voice As A Sound Track, Telling You
What I'm Doing"

(I'm not sure about how free the codecs used are: I use VLC on OSX to
