Hrm, I was probably ambiguous there -- I meant "the output of the
interesting code", not the code itself. One of things I'd like to be
able to do is put up a simple little website that lets you do small
group votes really easily, but that also has a mail interface.

(There's a darcs variant of trac too, aiui)

Lightning talks (5m max, with a bunch in a row to fill in the time)
are fun, and _nothing_ is too simple for a lightning talk.
