[H-GEN] Meeting signage (was: Talks at Humbug)

Considering there seemed to be some first-timers at the meeting I think
it's wise to put up a sign on whichever room the meeting is _not_ in
this weekend, especially if we're back in Hawken Engineering. A sign
saying how to get to the meeting room, that is.
