I'd have to disagree with that, my experience in organising
talks - both for HUMBUG and SAGE-AU - is that its a lot
harder to get regular talks than just having an organiser.
Its definately worth while when it happens.

So offer to talk about something else, or come up with a good topic and
someone to speak about it.
