[H-GEN] Mailing List and Web Archive Recommendations

Hi all,
I'm looking to set up a mailing list with web-based archives (search  
and a friendly interface being the key requirements) on a Debian  
Sarge server. Anyone got suggestions on what's good to use? Mailman  
and majordomo seem to be the most likely candidates for the mailing  
list manager, but I haven't found anything good for the archives.
