Try changing the line
Option "Xinerama" "true"
to
Option "Xinerama" "false"
I'm not sure if it'll work, but Xinerama is the thing that allows the
window manager to know where the physical displays are, so I guess if
you turn it off the window manager should (?) just see the full
workspace as a single display.
