I'm just SURE that Harvey Norman would love someone sitting outside
their door giving away free alternatives to the stuff that they
sell...  and given that they rent (or own) a large portion of what
used to be called the "Big Top" [1] I doubt whether you would be able
to obtain permission to do this anyway (or if you did you'd probably
have it revoked about an hour after you set up the stall).

Damn fine idea otherwise.

[1] Yes, I'm getting old and I grew up in the area.  I still remember
when it was the biggest shopping centre in the area.
