[H-GEN] OT: weird XP networking behaviour

Does the machine have a Soundblaster Live card installed? I've heard of
weird conflicts between D-Link wireless cards and Soundblaster Live
cards. Apparently D-Link are "working on it" (at least that was the case
last I heard, it may have been resolved with firmware upgrades since
then).

Also, have you installed Service Pack 2 on the XP box in question? Make
sure the firewall is disabled.
