Here are the headers from your post.  There is no Reply-To, Bary.
And no, it was not deleted.  As far as I am aware all other
Reply-To's make it through, and are respected by my MUA.  My
entire email system would be badly broken if that wasn't the 
case.  For what it is worth, you did set Reply-To this time, and
it was respected by my MUA.

I don't see not adding Reply-To gives additional power and
flexibility.  However we do seem to be agreeing what is being
discussed here is a design trade-off, not a simple case or 
right versus wrong.
