Your rights vis a vis any claims of patent infringement; your ability
and rights to redistribute the software verbatim or modified, in source
or binary form. There are probably others.
I think the real point here is that if you are "just a user" who never
does anything more than download a binary package of the software, and
use it, you're behaving as though you received it under a proprietary
license.
In short, if you're just a user, there probably isn't anything else to
know, but you'll never know if you're complying with the license or not
unless you actually read it!
