Part One
I have a File Server running Fedora Core 2, it is mainly for Windows XP
boxes to share files, which sort of worries me, that though my Linux server
typically won't get infected with a virus through this, it will however pass
on a virus should a file become infected.

Thus:
I am looking for an Anti-Virus Package that supports on-access scanning of
Network Shared Resources.

Does anyone know any good software for this?

Part Two
Ok I have apt installed and running on fedora core 2, however, I am at a
loss as to where there are repositories of rpm packages that apt can look
at, is there a list somewhere that I can look at?

Firstly Up2Date is a pile of crap when trying to get new applications, it's
great for maintaining the current applications.

Secondly I was introduced to Linux through Knoppix and then Debian,
unfortunately they have problems with my system. Hard lock ups and random
rebooting(both stable and testing strains).

Fedora Core 2 runs stable out of the box.

Fedora Core 3 has issues with Networking, not sure what that's all about, so
I went back to FC2.

I've never used yum, I might as yet have a look at that, if I can't get apt
sources :)
