[H-GEN] A reversal by Microsoft?

A few months ago I noticed that the updates for Windows were not being 
cached by squid. I spoke to one of the tech's at Netbox and he confirmed 
that for the same update two different PC's were requesting two 
different object names.

I have just installed two copies of XP today, the second one took about 
20-30 seconds to download the 38M of updates required. All this happened 
without my ADSL light lighting up.
