Download and install the free version of realnetworks Basic Helix server for
linux. What you're doing is basically a live broadcast in reverse for your
internal clients. Using the broadcast facilities of the server, select
windows media encoding and enter the details of the source stream (the
parliament house site).
You internal clients then connect to your internal helix server which then
pulls the stream from the source site. A stream is only pulled when a
connection is initiated.
The free Basic helix server is limited to client streams of a maximum of
1Mbps - how you decide to divide that and hence the number of concurrent
client streams , is up to you.
