[H-GEN] Software for the Vision Impaired

Hi:

There is an Access HOwto at the LDP.  However, at least the last time I
looked at it (which was a few years ago now, it was very out of date.  It
does mention some magnification software, however, and it may give you a
few starting places.

I personally can't see well enough to make use of such software so I'm
afraid I can't personally recommend anything.
