[H-GEN] Is this a DNS configuration problem?

Hi,

It certainly sounds like a DNS issue.  Remember that ssh will also probably 
try other things before prompting for a password so these may also be 
adversly affected by DNS (or whatever naming system you use).

For example it will probably try to match a authorized_keys entry against 
the machine's public key and will probably do dns lookup (or two) for both 
ip and hostname which may take time.

Given that you are using dynamic IPs, do they a hn->IP and then IP->hn 
correct (and consistent) for each case.
