[H-GEN] dynamically linked binaries not working

Hi:

According to both my Debian systems, /lib/ld.so.* is in the ldso package.

The entry for it suggests that you don't need it if you're running libc6,
but it is installed on both my systems so something must need it.

Have you tried running

ldd <binaryname>

across the programs to see what the linker is looking for?

FYI, my bash is linked against ncurses, dl, c6 and ld-linux.
