I am well aware of the ettiquettes of researching information myself
using such tools as Google. And althought I do not like mkaing excuses,
it is a reality for me that I am visually impaired. It would therefore
be a hell of a lot quicker for you (probably someone with perfect
vision), to look up this information.
I find it an insult to be told that I have been impolite or rude, as has
been done now the 2nd time on this list. I am simply not capable of
doing tasks that I could quite easily do before.
