I did write a lot of notes for tc, with the aim of writing man
pages one day.  Bert Hubert beat me to it.  I see that some of
his man-pages made it into woody.  Oddly none of the manual
pages for tc filters did.

You are welcome to my notes - they are more detailed that the man
pages, but much less readable.  I think I ended up with notes on
all the tc filters, in particular.

The postscript doco supplied with the ip command is terse, but
complete.  Read it a couple of times and you should get the hang
of it.
