[H-GEN] setting serial ports

Run your manual setserial command as above, then do 
'dpkg-reconfigure setserial' to save your current serial config.

Or read up on the format of /etc/serial.conf in the setserial
documentation and edit that file. 
(It doesn't exist by default but will be used if it exists).
