My preference is for calmav which seems to have consistent develpoment and is used by a number of other technologies. The web site is www.clamav.net (or is that .org?... not sure. One of them is a porn site, the other is clamav :).

Other technologies it's used for in include several email scanners (mimedefang suports it), some sort of integration with samba for file scanning (samba-vscan) and web proxy scanning (via mod_clamav http://software.othello.ch/mod_clamav/).

I've only used it in mimedefang so far (at home) and find it quite acceptable although I'm not a big windoze user.

Cheers
