[H-GEN] Anti-Virus Recommendations?

G'day,

Does anyone have any recommendations for (preferably free, preferably open
source! though commercial software is fine) virus scanner software for
Linux? I'm after something that is updated relatively regularly and can scan
for viruses on a Linux box which contains a file archive of largely Windows
executables. Searching within archives would be a huge plus as well.
